I need decorating help. I remodeled my kitchen. New dark cherry

Cabinets, brown granite countertops. I'm trying to decide what color and style bar stools to get. They need to be child safe. There are so many to pick from. Thanks for your help.

Pictures would help @Paulette. Though I'd say there isn't such a thing as completely child safe bar stools because of their height. What ages are the children we are talking about? If they are old enough to climb on them, I'd look for ones with backs and arms so they can't easily fall out the sides when pulled up to the counter.

They are 10,8,8,6. The are so many to pick from, but I do want the ones with backs; I don't have to have arms. The kitchen isn't that large.The main wall is behind the island; which is where you walk to the other room. Just so many to pick from, but want to look nice. Thanks for your help!!

Yes, I agree.... you need some stools in a bright color, lime, red, orange... whatever goes with the rest of your décor in your dining room if you have one.... especially if you have an open concept. I'd suggest you check out Wayfair, or Overstock for some good price deals. If you can't find any you like, consider buying some used and painting them, but you definitely need some color.
