A Bland Door Faux Painted to Fit the Farm House Country Kitchen

When anyone walks through the back kitchen door the first thing that they will see is a boring brown stained door so I decided to give it some interest with some faux painting
Just some white hued paint and some brown paint, stencils were used to create this barn door
I used a long piece of thin wood to get the image of separated wood slats and just lightly painted the white over the brown stain
A star accompanies an old shutter which I placed on the side of the door.
Now when someone comes through the back kitchen door they will see a whimsical country door instead.
