I saw am idea that use a dollar store laundry basket cut to give you to round forms. The rest depends on whether you are going for real or fake arrangement lots if Xmas tree lots will have the real tree trimmings offered for free so you can use those

I'm assuming you are referring to a Christmas wreath because you posted now. You will need a wreath form, greens and a paddle of green florist wire. If you have access to greens, you can cut them to about 8-10" in length. Group 3 of them together and wire them to a form ( wire wreath frame, grapevine wreath, straw wreath, styrofoam wreath or even just a coat hanger you have bent into a circle). Overlap the stem end with another bundle of 3, and continue to wire the greens to the frame. Keep going until the whole frame is covered with greens. You can embellish with a bow, pine cones, ornaments etc.

Do a search on Pinterest for Christmas wreath to get lots of examples for inspiration.

You can also make a wreath by simply wrapping a feather boa around a wreath or wreath form. Hang from a piece of beautiful velvet ribbon. and you are done.

If you want a pretty easy one, you can try one of these:

(you wouldn't have to add the snowman face if you didn't want...)

First you will need a wreath form. Many hobby shops carry grapevine, pine, styrofoam, and other types of 'base' to work with. Check out this site for ideas on what to put on it. I've made several using hot glue. For me the hardest part is the bow.

Hope you don't mind this note:

My Grandmother used to go to cemetery office to get wreathes they had removed during cleaning. We cleared what was there, re-wrapped if needed and pinned in real pine, assorted pieces of holly, berries, whatever we found in the artificial greenery. Then she placed them on our loved ones graves.
