This is such an easy craft to do and I've been making them for years. I once taught a room full of third graders how to do this. They can be customized to fit in any room, from a little girl's room to the kitchen, as well as cute decorations for the Christmas season.

The finished Flower Pot Angel
Prime a terra cotta pot & a doll head bead with white acrylic paint.
Paint the doll head bead a flesh color
Paint the pot what ever color goes with your decor. Add design, name or saying to bottom of angel skirt.
Paint in 2 lines of the flesh color for the hand placement
Add more paint to form the hands
Double load a paint brush to make the arms.
Grab a handful of doll hair
Glue on the hair
Angel Wings
Use thin wire & small beads to make the halo
Twist the ends of the wire together to form halo.
Glue on wings to back of angel. Add halo to top of hair.
