Here's my table, ready and waiting to be decorated!
Simply place the branches down the middle of the table... I like to alternate how they face - so put the branches end to end, that way the leaves aren't all "facing" the same way which will look lush and green from one angle and mostly brown from the other angle.
Before you know it, you have a beautiful garland - now to add a few embellishments and of course the linens and china!
A mix of fresh magnolia branches, a few faux gilded branches, some ribbon and a few faux poinsettia blooms are all it took to create this dramatic centerpiece. Best of all the branches are so easy to work with I was able to just place them on the table with no special tools or supplies necessary.
The temperatures have been fluctuating around here and lately it's been warm enough to eat out on the patio again! So I couldn't resist setting up this table outside.
Simple projects like this painted Magnolia leaf placecard with jingle bell favor add a whimsical touch to the table without adding stress. This takes mere minutes to create and is super budget friendly!
Vintage china, glassware, and more magnolia leaves round out the placesetting. Do you have leaves and branches in your yard just waiting to be turned into table decor this season? I hope this DIY Magnolia garland inspires you!
