Re-Upholstered Red and Blue Chevron Chairs

These chairs were on Craigslist for a bargain and I just knew they would be perfect for the red and teal chevron vision I had running through my brain. A few hundred upholstery staples and nail heads later, and I was ready to begin the makeover. I spray painted the chairs bright cherry red and then re-upholstered the dingy (dirty!) cushions with a bright trendy chevron. I love the hit of fun and color they bring to our living room and am so pleased with the color combination. Full instructions on the blog if interested.

Congratulations on your successful make-over. I am so glad they turned out so pretty and fun. I just re-finished a pair almost exactly like these and boy, I sure didn't get the same feedback. Maybe I went a bit too far? But I sure know the amount of work involved. Thanks for sharing. sk
