I have a new greenhouse but don't know what type of tables or benches to put in to lift plants off ground

I think that depends on what you intend to use your greenhouse for. Is it for moving mature plants in for the winter, which might only need to be a few inches off the ground? Or do you intend to start a lot of seeds, where stacked benches might make more sense? It's a good idea if they are some sort of mesh for drainage and to allow light and air circulation.

Where do we get the stacked benches?

Try pallets. You can find them for free and cut them down to a more narrow width to accommodate walking space. Gets the plants off the floor. Free lumber! Also look at some online greenhouses for ideas on what you want to put in yours.

One thing I would suggest, too, if you think you have something that will work lying around your house, don't be afraid to use it! It doesn't have to look like the inside of a greenhouse magazine! :)
