Rustoleum spray paint for plastic or Krylon Fusion for plastic.
I second the Rustoleum recommendation, I've successfully used it on outdoor plastic furniture.
I used Krylon on my plastic lawn chairs. This was about 6-7 years ago and they still look great. Did two of my faded green chairs this year, expect them to last just as long. I set my chair in the yard in April and they stay their till Nov.
If you don't like the colors available, you can also buy a Plastic Primer. After you spray with that , you can paint with almost any kind of paint.
The best for outdoor is Rustoleum "Hammered". Colors are limited but the best.
