Easy Glitter Snowman!

This glitter snowman is inexpensive and super easy to make. Great for kids, girls night out, party favors, gifts, winter decor, etc. You can see more of my crazy creations here

You'll need: Glass Snowman (Thrift Store) Pledge Floor Care Finish (Walmart) White & Black Glitter (Hobby Lobby) Black Permanent Marker or Black Acrylic Paint White iridescent glitter nail polish - optional Flicker Candle (Dollar Tree) - optional

Pour the Pledge into the snowman.

Swirl the Pledge all over the glass.

Pour the extra Pledge back into the jar.

Pour glitter into the glass jar. Shake the glitter all over the jar. I did black glitter in the hat, and white glitter in the body.

Dump the extra out and if it's dry you can put it back in your glitter jar.

Let the inside dry completely - about 24 hours.

I colored the face and scarf in with a permanent marker. You could use acrylic paint as well. Once that dried I coated it with white iridescent glitter nail polish. The nail polish came from the Dollar Tree.

Optional - add a battery operated flicker tealight candle.

Does it have to be pledge floor cleaner? Will Murphys oil soap work?

Don't have anything near to get such supplies, but when my children were small, we had so many of these little snowmen and clear glass trees. Never knew as a corporate housewife, those pieces would be valuable. Moved so many times and either tossed or gave to salvation army..Hope all of you find many for all your projects, and enjoy them...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Just curious for the reason the pledge is used as opposed to mod podge or clear school glue.

  You can use either of those as well, you can also use hairspray. The liquid form is just fast and you can always wash it out and change it for the future.
