Hey Fay, I'm pretty new to Hometalk too!

For me it has been more...hmmm, let me put it like this... I had 2 back surgeries last year, not so great 😔. Because of that, I was just sitting in bed, doing a few things but still restricted from any heavy stuff. Then somehow I found Hometalk, and my life literally changed 😃 I had things I could do that were not heavy, not expensive (sometimes free!), and it got my creative side thinking again 🤔It is great!!! I am so much happier, especially living in the northern Midwest -I see you can relate!-having something to do besides eating is a plus! Welcome to the Community!!!
