If Hometalk has taught me one thing it is about the magical power of vinegar. Vinegar is the start in 100s of cleaning solutions and tricks and I think it is important we explore them all. I am about to move and begin a new cleaning regiment and I need your favorite vinegar tips and tricks to get me started (that and a few gallons of vinegar)! Please share your tried and true vinegar cleaning secrets here!

I'm going to follow this discussion as I'm interested, too! I did read on here that vinegar is to be avoided for some surfaces, like granite or natural stone, so tips on where to NOT use vinegar are just as useful.
Vinegar is only a temporary solution for tile, natural stone and grout. It lifts stains and mold only at the top of the surface, while our Imperia cleaner penetrates deep into tile and grout eliminating stains, mold and mildew at the root without damaging the surface.
MAKE SURE YOU USE DISTILLED VINEGAR WITH BAKING SODA. I ADD A LITTLE BLEACH TO MINE FOR BATHROOM AND COUNTER TOPS WINDOW SILLS, KILLS MORE GERMS. GET THE SCENTED KIND
