Make a Christmas Advent Calendar
This year, I'm going in a new direction with my Christmas decorations, so I needed to make a new Christmas Advent Calendar to go with them. This project was so easy and I found everything I needed in the dollar bins at Michael's! All I needed was some stencils, craft paint and hot glue. Countdown the days till Christmas with this easy Christmas Advent calendar idea!
This wooden tree was a craft fair find many years ago. It's the perfect base for the calendar.
I stenciled numbers on these little burlap bags I found and I added the mini clothespins to the wooden tree to hold the bags on.
Each burlap sack is small but is great to hold a little treasure.
This is a fun way to countdown the days and it's a great decoration too!
