Hometalk Workshops

How do I find out if there is a group of other Hometalkers in my area? I keep seeing where groups get together and have workshops and it really looks like a lot of fun and a great way to meet other DIY' ers.

HI Candy! Whenever someone is interested in hosting (or just attending) a workshop in their area, they can feel free to contact me -- you have my email, but for anyone else: cori@hometalk.com. It's a pilot program so we can't always deliver, but we sure want to try where there is interest! We're really glad to hear that you like the concept!

I would love to find other people in my area interested. Since I don't know too many people here it would be a double bonus!! And they look like so much fun!!

Hi Candy, I just hosted one in my town. Too bad we're not closer - I'd love to come there and do one for you and some of the Hometalkers in your area! Or... maybe I can Facetime, Skype, Live Facebook in to do one for you and friends...

I'd love that too! That would be too much fun, but we're a little far away, lol. Hopefully there's some Hometalker's around here that might be interested!

Thanks so much for the offer Chas!! Part of the problem is I don't really know anybody here, so maybe I'll put the word out like Cindi MGee did!!

Anybody in the Conway, Arkansas area interested in getting together for Hometalk workshops? I'll be glad to host them in my home, this would be a great way to share ideas and inspiration and meet other DIY'ers in our area!!

No problem Candy. Letting Cori know you're interested is the first step. She will look for a Hometalker near you to run the workshop, or if there isn't one, perhaps I can help. Once that part is all set up - when, where, date, time... she'll reach out to Hometalker's in your area via email inviting them. Cori is fantastic!!!
