8 Great Things You Can Do With Pinecones

Hi friends and thanks for stopping by. Today I’m sharing some fabulous Pinecones Inspiration with you. When we were up in Northern Cal recently we got to do things we normally don’t do here in sunny California, like rake fall leaves, watch the deer from the window and go on walks and look for pinecones. We found a bunch and brought them home. I knew I wanted to see what I could craft up with them. I’m working on a few projects but while I searched for more Ideas it was pretty mind blowing how many things you can do with pinecones. For those of you that live in areas where you can just pick them up off the ground here are just a few great ideas I'm sharing. Beautiful yet simple Pinecone and Pumpkin Floral arrangement from Shanty2Chic. How pretty is that, and you can take your left over orange pumpkins and paint them white or grab a few on clearance at Michaels. Pretty White tipped edge Pinecone Wreath from Woman’s Day. I love this and might have to get some white paint out and tip some edges. Modern Pinecone Monogram Framed Wreath by Houseofhoff. Isn’t that so creative?? I LOVE monograms and the frame adds such a kicky cool look to it. How pretty is this. I couldn’t find a source, darn it. Just stack up all your pretty pillar candles with a mirror behind them and set some pinecones around them. So easy to do. Stunning Red Roses & Pumpkins Arrangement by Good Housekeeping.com. This might take a little more time and creativity, I’m not the best at floral arranging by I heart this one. Beautiful table scape by LifeofSpendor.com. To see more click here. I love this table too. Add some black n white, cut some tree trunks for placemats (ok that may be harder for some of us..lol), stamp some deer on some napkins, and add your pinecones and greenery. So pretty and not screaming Christmas either. Our Fall Thanksgiving Tablescape with pinecones and done on a budget. Pinecone flower hair accessories from Etsy.com. I love the pinecone flower and I saw some pretty pins, so I may have to make one of those for my jacket lapel. Those are just a few of the many, many, many creative things you can do with pinecones. Do you like bringing the outdoors in to your home?? Do you have any things you use from nature to decorate?? Love to hear in the comments. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day, Lisa
