How to hide a heavy duty electrical line in a swagged fixture?

I have this composite ceiling outside and it's made of foam and I want to hang an outdoor fixture on it. It has a channel they put there for a fan but I'm hanging an outdoor swag light with a heavy duty cord and plug. How do I hide that? Should I just swag the cord or somehow get the cord through the channel. That will be a lot harder and what do I use to fish it through??? Thank you!

Anyway to run the cords on the inside? Is there a hollow part of the rough to run the cords and only drop it down where you want to put the fixture.

can you take the head off the cord so you are only running the part with the wires through and then reattach the head?

run chain the length of it. Like the old swag lamps.

I would run it with the swag chain and attach it every few inches with tiny zip ties then add a nice green or floral garland with it to hide the wires and chain.
