This was an existing oceanfront duplex that was failing.
The existing home was torn down to the existing first floor subfloor, removed from its old creosote pilings and placed back on new pressure treated pilings and banding. The massive 3 story decks give magnificent views of the beach and ocean with the view from the upper deck allowing one to see for miles.
