Not sure what you are looking for?

Go on the internet and google Baetz Fine Furniture. Most likely still have the patterns somewhere.I used to work for them until they closed in 1981.The furniture they made was VERY high end.A dinning table was over 2,000 dollars!
I have found smaller delapidated pieces- - - like an old cupboard with glass doors, and a baby high chair. . . . .
What I did was to number and mark and disassemble the item(s), then copy / trace each individual piece, cut, sand, assemble & finish. . . . they looked very close to the original.
However, with an item as large as yours, without help of a partner, you will find this idea troublesome. . .
If you are trying to replicate the door, try the fake lead that you can get at a hobby store. Some comes in tubes and you squirt it on something that it can be peeled off of and placed and shaped the way you want on glass
