I used an Ikea Drill Frame and painted it with metallic silver spray paint for this project.
I attached a 6 foot marabou garland around the center part of the frame with white chenille stems.

Here is my furry silvery frame ready to go.
I bought wood numbers, glued them together vertically and then painted them with black spray paint.

A wooden "celebrate" was also painted black and added to the bottom of the frame.
I added a big pink bow and I am ready to greet guests for New Year's Eve!
