Rustic Christmas Mantle From an Old Window.

by Cynthia O
I found an old window and decided to make it the centerpiece of my Christmas mantle this year. I wanted a rustic, country look to go with my river rock fireplace. I made flannel patchwork looking stockings that were easy and quick, and tutorials are everywhere. Cheer
I found this beat up old window and decided to use it for my centerpiece. I added skates, wreath, mittens and stocking for a festive look.
I made the flannel/burlap stockings ..cheap and easy, about $3 a piece to make.
Fire lit...warm and toasty. The old box was a yard sale find for $2.

I'm obsessed with the white skates. Can you tell me where you got them? Thanks. Elaine ⛸

Oh, I love this, love it, love it. I would love to fix it above my mantle and have lots of old stuff I could use for decorations. YES, I can see it now and it is beautiful. Great idea.
