Help - I didn't mean to paint my vinyl floor!

I tried a project of painting a recliner in my kitchen, but failed to use adequate drop cloth. So now I have paint splatters in a circle on the floor, and also some on one end of my island. How do I get this off without damaging everything?

I use a retractable scraper to remove dried paint like this - I am a messy painter and have to use it all of the time!
Spray a little goof off and wipe with a clean rag.
Janet is right! I've used Goof Off with great results!
Mineral Spirits can help too!
