Hi! I lost my Day Spa to a fire on 10-15-16. I have a new building that is being upgraded at this time. I get a second chance , want it to pop with the right colors , decor,so on.
Any advice or ideas?
Thank u!

Wow, I'm so sorry that happened -- I'm so glad that you have a second chance! Do you have any photos of the space so that we can brainstorm?

go for neutral soothing colors...what speaks to you...what comments did your clients of former space say they liked the most? Go for it those are the folks to please think anything that makes you feel warm and cozy but also cheerful...I find the grayed lavender purple tones are unexpected but rich as well as soothing, warm water tones...be careful about going too tropical especially if you are not located near the tropics it can look hokey take the colors and deepen them for a richer luxurious version..whites creams and beiges can be be nice to accent with be careful not to go all white...it is not a sterile hospital...hope this helps remember to add natural items for their texture...most of all make sure surfaces are cleanable and not something so intricate it is impossible to dust...what looks fab on opening day should look just as fab a year from now or at least inexpensive enough to be replaced/refreshed

With something that makes you feel totally relaxed. Scented candles and fresh flowers.

Soft colors and soothing music. I believe purple is supposed to be a good color along with green. Lavender and mint are also supposed to relax. I f you download an app called Spotify there are so many options of music that soothes your mind. Good luck!
