One Year -- One Ton of Fresh Food: Winter

You're wrong if you think it takes a greenhouse or a warm winter climate to grow your own food in winter. I grow fresh produce all year in the Kentucky mountains, plant hardiness zone 6b. This is the second post in a four-part series, sharing how I supplied my family with a ton of fresh garden produce from our garden all last year. Come learn how you can grow all year, too!
