From pallet to table
I used as much scrap wood as I could from a number of hardwood pieces I stripped from pallets. I had to buy a few pieces to make legs and trim but that was because I didn't have the supplies on hand this time. After a few coats of stain and many coats of polyurethane I was proud of my accomplishment. I was so happy I made a second one and they both sit behind my couch at the perfect height.
Here is one of them and the other is the same.
