you could buy stencils and stencils a nice design in 2 different colours
Also there are now wood like floor panels that are waterproof and can be laid on top of tile
Also acrylic paint then sealer!
Peel n stick wood floors are cheap and very nice looking!
There is also grout paint. Sometimes painting the grout a color close to the tile or a light gray will make the floor look better.

Grout paint in a different color than you have will make it look like a new floor. We did a floor and shower walls...looks great, and best of all it holds up great. It's a paint and sealer in one.
