I have done everything...humdifiers, dryer sheets, vinegar, softener, damp cloth in dryer, putting dryer sheets between covers/sheets/blankets etc. Even I am electrified..can't pet my cats, and at night, my bedroom is like 4th of July, just by me moving or cats walking on covers. change furnace filters monthly and spritz a 2 parts water to 1 part fabric softener solution to carpets and is not harmful to pets! Rub pets with dryer sheet while petting to reduce electrical static,

LOL, I used to fry watch batteries on an almost daily basis, sooo thankful for cellphones (and Otter boxes)

Increase humidity in your home and hydrate your body. Use lots and lots of moisturizer on your skin before and after shower, apply to hands, arms and legs several times a day if possible. Thoroughly condition your hair and avoid blow drying whenever possible. Wear only natural fabrics, cottons and linens are best. You could use a fine mist spray bottle and mist your pets ever so lightly (avoiding face) with plain water during the day and before bed. My long haired cat loves the smell of lavender so I put a couple of drops essential oil in the water. I also use lavender linen spray on my bedding every evening, not enough to make it feel damp, just a very light mist. In have pretty much eliminated all synthetics from my home, down to Ikea couches with cotton slipcovers, all cotton and linen bedding and duvet covers.

Hope that will help, I know how miserable it can be.
