I broke the glass in the lid of my jewelry box. Any suggestions on what to replace it with other than glass? Thank you!

You can cut a piece of cardboard to fit. Decoupage some colorful patterned paper or fabric on it. You can get a thin piece of wood (Michaels or Hobby Lobby), cut to fit. Paint, stain, or glue some baubles on it.

A nice piece of wood, painted and stenciled with a nice design could look great!

Thank you. I have a lot of paint so this would be great.

You can also use a slab of plastic( maybe a tupperware top) so that you can get a similar effect but not have to worry about shattering

Plexiglas from the hardware store. Clear if desired or paint/ decorate the back side. You sure won't break it.. comes in several thicknesses...
