Christmas Cheer

I love to decorate for Christmas. It was a lot easier this year because I found this magnificent tree at a thrift store. It stores in four sections--no slots and branches. It was a pre-lit with a bad section, but at $12, I was willing to strip all the pre-lits. It replaced a beautiful tree that was much wider and about two feet shorter. That tree took me hours to put together, this one took 5 minutes.
Our reclaimed Christmas tree.
I am really digging the mesh ribbon this year.
I can resist the light fixtures.
A pinterest inspired element.
I know, I need to finish that wall!
A bowl full of plastic ornaments for our felines to scatter and chase...wish I was kidding.
Our stairs--all woodwork is going white this summer.
Had to home this high for the season--young cats.
Kitties love to tear up silks, so keeping them high.
Dining room fixture.
One of two reasons for some alterations to the decor this year. He is a ornery as he is beautiful.

I don't even remember--I have had them for a while now. I am always on the look out for a little something to add to trove.
