This was once a model home...ugh....the home was a fixer...4 different types of flooring all adjoining each other....cheap hollow core doors...tiny base etc..

New wide plank hand scraped hardwood floors, new antique white cabinets, pulled out exsisting pantry and added large built in fridge/freezer with custom wine rack above...metal fabricator built from stainless to match...10 feet of pantry space added in laundry area-along with matching granite and cabinets -added new appliances, new crown , base, dropped step up island bar to all counter height, Blanca Beach ogee edge granite. New glass door to laundry area.Removed oversized recessed lighting for pendant fixtures.
