How can you put eye hooks in a cement wall if you don't have a drill?

I think you're going to need a drill for this one, maybe you can borrow from a neighbor?
There are special hangers you can get at the hardware store just for that purpose. They are like a flat, round piece of plastic with 4 thin pieces of metal (like little nails) and you can hammer them right into the basement walls, and they work!
I just Googled 'cement hangers' and this is what the ones I used looked like
Home Depot and many other DIY stores rent drills. The nail in mounts are ok for light weight stuff, but can gradually come loose, from humidity, temperature variation and vibration.
