@Maryinrockport I think you like purple more than I do. I have yet to paint any walls purple. I would love to see pictures!

I love everything you did Gail, they are beautiful, and I see so many breathtaking new ideas at Christmas time and love them all, however for myself, traditional old me, red, green silver and golds speak Christmas to me. To each our own as they say. Thanks for sharing yours and Happy New Year.

Thanks, Lori! Don't get me wrong - I love all the traditional colors of Christmas, too! In fact, I switched to white, silver and red for my outdoor decorations. But I've had my purple ornaments and other decorations for so many years it would be too expensive to change especially in my retirement years. Wishing you the best in 2017!
