Lindsey, if you can't remove the frame, then it's probably going to be easier if you have an extra set of hands. I have a screen tool that I picked up from Home Depot that works great for this, I think it's the easiest way to replace screen. . It has a spline wheel on one end, and a hooked razor blade at the other. The Pet D-Fence, is a bit more difficult to install, as it is thicker and stiffer too.
