How do you paint kitchen cabinets?

Wash the cabinets down. Lightly sand to remove any shine. Prime with KILZ, BIN, or Zinsser primer. Then paint with your color. If you can remove the doors and hardware would make it easier. Mark the doors where they go. Use a foam roller and foam brush for a smooth finish.
