Farmhouse Christmas Tree With Embarrassingly Easy DIY Galvanized Stars

My farmhouse Christmas continues on my little table top tree with the three elements I have used throughout my décor...burlap, grain sack and galvanized accents. The ornaments are all homemade and the galvanized stars are the easiest of all! See my blog for details here: http://confessionsofaplateaddict.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-farmhouse-christmas-tree-with-diy.html
My farmhouse Christmas tree is decorated with all handmade ornaments in burlap, grain sack and galvanized looks.
It's a tabletop tree...just the right size for us.
Easiest to create...3-D galvanized stars. A tutorial is on my blog here: http://confessionsofaplateaddict.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-farmhouse-christmas-tree-with-diy.html
Grain sack ornaments were made from fabric that I created.
Simple burlap tassels are easy to make. A link to the tutorial is on my blog: http://confessionsofaplateaddict.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-farmhouse-christmas-tree-with-diy.html
A vintage-y egg basket filled with ornaments adds to the look.
A small silver tray holds vintage spindles in red and green.
My pewter sugar bowl holds candy canes that echo the stripe of the grain sack ornaments.
