This sturdy black laquer desk was only $8 & in mint condition. What a score! I wasn't quite sure what I would use it for but I felt it had multiple uses and would fit nicely in a few spots in the house. It ended up in my room as a dressing table, that way I didn't have to hog the bathroom........
A Lamp shines down on my face from the top & two mirrors. There are 4 compartments to place things I need within reach.
Make up, Deoderant, facial products in the cubbie and hair clips, files, clippes & perfume down below.
Small tray filled with costume jewelry for every day wear.
This is a wire angel napkin holder I use to hang & dislay my daggle earrings.
I have more space on the back. Thinking of hanging my little collections of watches there.
Of course I had to save a spot for a few things that delite.
Hair dryer & curling iron at the ready. Moist towelette to freshen up with.
I never dreamed it would fit so perfectly in the space between the doorway and sliding door closet.
A tray, viewing mirror & combs & hair bruches too.

Very useful; but I'd have to have something that had a door to close.

@Linda B Doors can be added on just about anything - just by the right hard ware. I have a black wooded untels tray - I intend to make it into a drawer on this very item. I could add door on either end, if i want to later.
