I have a question about my Frigidaire Dish Washer

Where the water comes in is also an outlet for steam during the drying cycle. That vent goes right up the side of the machine and hits the insalation and gets wet as well as the woodwork around this. Does anyone else have that problem and how do you fix it ?

Does your machine have a heated dry option? I've heard that can help with your problem. Good luck!

I can not support the heated dry method, as that just produces more steam. From the description is sounds odd, too say the least, no dishwasher i know of vents like that (most do it through the door vents) .

The model number is in the door, with that info I could get you a ore definite answer

I did check my dishwasher and the only vent is on its side. Definitely no vents on the front door. This might be a major design flaw as the dishwasher me to be put into a cabinet

I would contact the manu because they may have a recall fix for this design flaw.
