Question about using peppermint oil/peppermint extract

no, peppermint extract is what recipes call for, peppermint oil can be meant for aroma therapy or a therapeutic peppermint oil can be used in cooking but is much more concentrated than the extract. Hope this helps. Debby W

Peppermint extract is for cooking and baking ( yum!!) But Oils can be used in cleaners or aromas ect...

If u r using it in cooking oil is 4x stronger then flavoring. If ur using it for medicinal pupose read label and see if it can be ingested. If using for aromatherapy I use the oil. Again though read the bottles cause they make oils for everything. Also try www.lorannsoil.com.
