I plain to do this to our rental house this summer. It needs an update. We own it and rent it out and the ceramic is peachy/pink-total Florida colors.

I just bought a house where they painted the bathroom tiles (they were blue). There are only a few spots where the paint didn't stick to well and I will (someday) redo those tiles. Overall everything looks good (the whole bathroom was repainted). My neighbors just repainted their bathroom last year - they said they got the paint at Meyanrds
