I love the MaCkenzie -Childs products but who can afford them? So inspired by them I made a tree skirt and some garland. (......beads to catch the light from our front window.)
Step 1 Buy a cheap plastic table cloth from Wally world. This is a 60 inch diameter for a 7 ft. Tree. I when to the local fabric store and found the checked fabric I only got 1.25 yards for fabric.
I went to the local hobby store to get ribbons, and glue sticks. I used a hot glue gun to attach everything. Get a ton of sticks at the local hobby store. I cut the fabric to make Pie shapes with a curved edge. I glued it down
