You need to solve the cause of mold problem. Then you need to clean the mold so it doesn't com back. If there is no problem with the rest of the room, you don't need to paint the whole room. The color may not match, but shouldn't be that noticeable.

Question for you where is the mold? What kind of paint did you use? Was it made for the moisture in the bathroom? Do you have moisture proof sheetrock? lot of answers have to be said before one can help. Had a huge mildew problem unaware until a major renovation.

Agree with William that you need to address the mold source and remediate it as necessary. Once it's cleaned up, repaint the area above your shower. I'm guessing the stall is inset so painting that area above it should not stand out. Also consider installing or replacing a ceiling exhaust/vent fan to be sure any excess moisture in the air is being removed from the bathroom while the shower is in use.

Yup, solve the mold-cause first, and depending on how much mold there is, you might only have to clean and repaint that area ( I am dealing with a similar problem in my bathroom) Good luck!

Use bleach with water, Use old towel and let it dry.. See if the mold come back

If mold come back. You need to replace new drywall before you could be sick or allergy to mold. Replace drywall. It's worth or not?

Mold doesn't occur unless there is heat and humidity. The exhaust fan MUST be used during the bath/shower and 15 minutes after to exhaust the moisture. If there is a heating vent, the door must be left ajar to vent the moisture. Spray with a mixture of Clorox and water, let set for awhile, the wipe off. It may take several tries.

You might try a good oil based primer then paint with oil based paint. Mold resistant primer and paint is being produced now days. I've always used oil based if moisture is going to be present. Latex will absorb moisture and help create mold.

So true, people always think of oil based paint as being shiny, it doesn't have to be, they are making some with a matte finish. If your chosen color is shiny, put a top coat of Matte polyurethane. You are the voice of common sense.

If the mold turns out to be extensive, invest in moisture proof sheet rock, prime it and be sure to use water proof paint. You can get KILZ at paint store same day, good stuff. If you have venting problems, address them, and if need be, call a pro who can explain to you what needs to be done. Get more than one estimate and explanation. Some molds can be toxic and can cause serious problems. Be sure of your solution by getting a couple of pro opinions, they can see more than those of us on-line can. Then you can decide if you need their help, or can do it yourself.

Clean your bathroom with H2O2 – a powerful cleaner. It will remove the mold and mildew issues at the root while penetrating deep into the surface.
