The bottom of my shower looks terrible!

It is a kit shower with sliding glass doors. I tried paint but after a few months it looks worse. It really needs some help.. What to do??

If it is a cleaning issue, try bar keepers friend and a lot of elbow grease. Should help to remove remaining paint too.
