What to seal a painted cement floor in bathroom?

I have a small bathroom the floor is cement, I wanted to paint it either to look like boards or maybe stone but because it is heavily used I need a waterproof sealer on top of the paint and plus this room has no windows so it has to have very low VOC because no window and it would stink up the entire basement and we have animals too. I don't know what to use?

Epoxy floors are georgeous...google them..but you need ventilation with that product.
