I have a large cabinet with shelves and no doors. What can I do with it to dress it up? Any ideas what I should use it for?

You can paint it and use it as a bookshelf :)

  • Make a bar cart, coffee / beverage station, craft cart. Or if you have a patio or yard, turn it into extra serving space. Or how about a plant stand?

Paint it and hang in the garage for extra storage

i have a computer 'armoire' which still has its doors and I've been pondering what to do with it as well...so far I'm thinking: painted out either in white, seaglass or aqua (my favourite colour or white-washed) for 'tv, blanket and throw storage for the guest room'; painted white only and insert a hanging closet rod for guests to use upstairs for hanging clothes and luggage storage; again painted out (maybe white) and fitted into an already dismantled guestroom closet for tv/and equipment storage. For a couple of these I'd need to remove a few bits and pieces, and mount rods or shelves for speakers. It's a pretty solid oak, so worth the time. It depends on depth..I think you need at least 20" to hang clothes.
