How to move polystyrene tiles, as i have them in my bedrooms

You just pull them down. Then take pliers and pull the million and one staples out, but those tiles were probably put there to lower the ceiling, so you will need to replace the ceiling with something after removing the tiles. We are in the process of doing our bedroom ceiling. After removing the tiles, my husband put up OBS boards and we will soon put in a planked ceiling. It was also done in my craft shed I will try to post a picture of that.

There are many types of ceiling tiles on the market. As Chris B said, you may have to replace the treatment of your ceiling. I don't know what is available in the UK. But I am sure an internet search will give you ideas as to what is available near you. Good luck.
