How can I make wrinkle release with fabric softner?

I make my own fabric softener with Epsom Salt ( I get the lavender sented crystals) mix it with baking soda and white vinegar here is the link I use

I also make my own soap powder for the wash and bleach. I have very little wrinkles and my clothes feel softer but not silky soft. next I am going to make my felt ball for in the dryer to help with the softening. I have also found that if I take the clothes out of the dryer when it stops and either fold them or hand them I have next to no wrinkles but if this is impossible I still have very little wrinkles in the clothes

What is you recipe for soap powder would like to start making it thanks Shirley
