How To Make Glowing Clouds of Cotton

by Lana Jane Fox
These glowing cotton clouds are perfect for holiday decoration, or nursery lighting. In a nursery they shed a gentle amount of light that does not irritate the baby's eyes and makes the night feedings a lot more bearable for mum and dad! In addition, they add ambiance and make any room magical!
Here is what you need:
1. Paper Lantern or luminaire.
2. Flameless candles, LED lights, illuminated cable (depends on your preferences and the items you have handy)
3. Glue - ModPodge would do just fine;
4. Cotton batting
6. Imagination!

    I especially like the top photo as it looks like you have something dangling down from the clouds to resemble rain. What did you use for that effect and how did you attach?

      I believe that's a strand of icicle christmas lights. I really love that one too & think I'll try it!
