Choosing Paint Colors for Furniture-

I am a custom gal. Folks bring me their tired, worn furniture and I give it new life! Sometimes, my client has a color picked out but most often, I get to participate in the decision making and I love that part! While it's very easy for me to choose colors for other people and their furniture, it's often very difficult to choose a finish for a piece I purchase to sell. For this piece, I was inspired by a painting I picked up at a yard sale last year. Not necessarily for the specific colors but for the overall feel. It has texture, depth, a few pops of color, with accents of rich gold! I imagine the colors of the sea and the shimmer of the sun when I see this piece!
