How can I use ceiling fan globes as candle holders?

    If you're going to turn them upside down (opening at the top), just set them on a ring (wood, plastic, painted cardboard) or flat-bottomed bowl to stabilize them, and have at it. You can fill or decorate with whatever you want - especially if you use battery-operated candles.


    If you want to use them as a hurricane lamp, and use real candles, you'll have to have some kind of air flow (pierced metal stand?) underneath - and it probably won't work that well. Here again, battery operated candles will look beautiful.

    I glued some to the Dollar Store glass taper candle holders. Looked kind of like a flower. The candle holders come in two heights for variation.

    you can fill w hypertufa or cement and make(break) yard art balls. let dry and break glass.
