I have a small shelf that is over my kitchen sink. I use it for any of the taller spices and put the taller olive oil boxes in front as they are actually pleasing to the eye over spices. The shelf is wide enough for a Sam's club spice( whatever size that is) and a little taller, so is perfect for anything you want to store in taller containers and can be kitchen art as well.
Well since it should not be exposed to sunlight for prolonged time or heat you will have to find room on a shelf in a cabinet that will kep it from going bad.
