Outside of my screen porch is an area of pavers that tend to flood when it rains. It has only gotten worse in the two years since I bought the house.

Try to find an anchor.
Or plant some hosta. Unless you have deer, which love to eat them, they come back every year and take no care at all.
Appreciate your time. Honestly Hostas are my least favorite plants. Esty has some beautiful metal flowers stakes, that might be worth looking into, if i donot do a all nautical theme.
As mentioned above, an anchor on your right wall would look great. Another idea would be to add a round life saving buoy. If you have enough space on the width of your wall you could add one between the windows and one on the right side. The glazing balls could work at the bottom. You could add a rope fence along your driveway to create the look of a dock.
I'd like to see a photo of what you have accomplished. If you don't like the plants, would a water feature between the 2 windows with a sailing ship model in it and some kind of art ( flying seagulls) (clouds) on the back of it to the roof from the ground.
Fantastic ideas! Where can I purchase round bouy, inexpensively.
I have seen online and prices are too costly for us. We are considering
buying metal cranes, and metal flowers, some hostas ( even though I don't like them)
but another Hometalker suggested as they are low maintenance. Still trying
.to decide though. Thank you for your input, we appreciate your time.
Typed in round decorative buoys on Google chrome.
Some I found:

Then I typed in decorative anchors into the search bar

You can keep looking!
Good luck.

hostas will burn up in full sun. They are low maintenance but are best in shade.
Do you know an art student that could paint you some nautically themed cut outs? It does not appear that you have much space for large items and you need a couple of those for height Maybe some weathered gray posts with rope tied around them. Some large pieces of driftwood. Paint the shutters an ocean blue.
On the right side of window -- two tall upright junipers ( or other drought tolerant upright evergreens ,for your area) in between the Windows a round ball type juniper and a repeat round juniper approximately same distance other side of left window below the nautical wire sculpture ... Visual interest without matchy, foundation plantings...
What about some wooden oars hung up on the other side of the window
My pleasure to help.
What about smaller lighthouses spaced out across in the garden beds?
I know you don't want plants but a simple row of the same plant or shrub would fill it all in nicely! Ferns? Grasses?
Perfect on the lighthouse in the centre! Cranes are not usually part of a nautical theme and would clash with the red. Driftwood would be nice or 2 or 3 low growing junipers that spread out. If you use junipers, ensure you know how large they grow before buying - some spreading junipers will grow very large!
