Photo Board Turned Jewelry Storage

I found this thrift store photo board for $3.98. With some leftover fabric and cabinet knobs left from other projects, I turned this into a great storage solution for my necklaces.
Finished!
Thrift store photo board found for $3.98
Removed the buttons and ribbon.
Removed fabric cover from back to expose wood.
Covered with beautiful gray fabric and rearranged wood blocks on back.
Attached various cabinet hardware.
Re-attached fabric backing and installed picture hangers.
Finished!!

    My Wife & I did this. Went to Home Depot to buy cabinet knobs! (lol) Spent about $40. as some of the knobs can be fairly expensive, but are very decorative/pretty! Picked up a piece of finished wood for shelving. Drilled holes, inserted knobs, bolted on and "Viola" Instant necklace boards! I've since created 2 more for her out of recycled knobs from Habitat Restore! This is/was a great idea. Only takes about 20 minutes! Thanks 4 the idea! Keep em coming!
